Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy is a safe, effective way to manage your pain. We are staffed with experienced therapists who have advanced training in orthopedic manual therapy, strength and conditioning, and rehabilitation. This allows us to treat conditions affecting the back, neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, hip, knee, ankle, and foot.
At Sealy Therapy & Wellness, we want to get you back to doing what you love as safely and as quickly as possible. Our Physical Therapists will provide you with:

• Exercises to improve your range of motion, balance, flexibility, and muscle strength
Scheduling an appointment is easy, convenient and flexible. We’ll schedule you fast, sometimes the same or next day. We do our best to schedule you within 24 to 48 hours of requesting your first appointment.
