Where is Sealy Therapy & Wellness located?

Is physical therapy covered by insurance?
We accept many insurance plans and handle the benefits verification for you. You pay the same co-pay your plan has for any PT clinic. We accept all major insurances and Medicare.
Do I need a prescription or referral to see a physical therapist?
In most cases you do not. Some insurance providers do require a doctor's referral, and we will let you know promptly if that is the case with your plan.
When can I have my appointment?
We do our best to schedule you within 24 to 48 hours of your first request, sometimes the same or next day. You get a schedule and progress notes so you always know where you are in your plan.
Can I see the same therapist every visit?
We strive to have one therapist work with you for your entire course of care. If scheduling ever requires a change, you will know in advance who is seeing you.
