Stretching Class - Monthly Membership (Save $24 over 8 sessions)

Flow through a 45-minute series of dynamic stretching movements that will increase your flexibility, restore balance, and strengthen core muscles of the upper/lower back, legs, abdominals, arms, and neck. This class will teach core trunk stabilization and self-awareness to improve mobility and flexibility for your joints.
