Yoga Class - One Session
Yoga Class - One Session
Instructor: Charlotte Schafler
Every Tuesday from 12:00 pm to 12:45 pm
Beginner Yoga Class – A Hatha Yoga practice that can include seated, standing, balancing, forward and back bending poses. Deep breathing will be encouraged throughout the 45 minute session. This practice is designed to improve flexibility, strength, balance, concentration and can improve lung capacity by focusing on deep breathing during the practice. Props may be used during the practice, and a yoga mat is recommended. The term “yoga” in the Western world is a posture-based physical, stress relief & relaxation practice. It is not a religion, but a practice of personal inquiry and exploration.
